Our Governance
Members of First Parish elect a Board of Managers to oversee various functions. An annual congregational meeting is held in June, and special meetings are held as needed to vote on issues of concern to the congregation.
More information about the roles and responsibilities of individual Board positions can be found in the Board Manual. Monthly meetings of the Board of Managers are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, but are subject to occasional change.
