The search committee needs your input to help shape our search for a settled minister.

A “cottage meeting” is a small group discussion within the First Paris community. All sessions will follow the same format and last an hour and 15 minutes. We will focus on three separate questions:

1. What do you think it’s important for ministers to focus on, independent from the congregation?
2. What do you think it’s important for the congregation to do, independent from the minister?
3. How would you describe this congregation to a close friend who has never been here?

You are welcome to come to any meeting that meets your schedule, even if you don’t identify with the focus.
