You are invited to attend a one-hour guided mediation session before the service. It will be held in the Chapel and led by Kris DiNardo.
There are several research-based benefits to meditation including the reduction of stress, anxiety and pain, as well as improved sleep and overall health and wellbeing.
All are welcome – whether you are a seasoned meditator or a newcomer. However, timely arrival is appreciated so as not to disturb the process for others.
