We Are the Hope

In this moment of profound grief and rage, we need one another. We need to continue to organize for the liberation of all. We need to continue to build communities of hope and inclusion while we work to upend all systems of oppression. We need to center the voices of those who have been historically left out of our so-called democracy. We need to fight for the safety of each other. And we need to foster structures of care and resistance in our communities. Join us for a service about the power of showing up and building collective power for a world transformed. Bring all of your anger, fear, and sorrow. We will be the hope and the joy and the community care for each other in this time. We’ve got each other. We need one another. We always have.

This Week in Faith Formation

This week, our Friendship Finders in Nursery will be practicing kindness and sharing with free play.

Chalice Children and Jr. Youth will continue exploring our theme of Practice of Repair by diving into a Faith in Action project. Each group will be creating Community Care bags that will be passed out at the end of Service. Jr. Youth will also be having a group discussion about how they are feeling and how we can best support each other in the days, weeks, and months to come.
