A great way of getting to know other members of our community is through volunteering to serve our community and the other groups we work alongside.

If you are interested in serving our congregation on Sundays there are many options including greeting worshippers, being part of the audio/visual team, helping with Coffee Hour, supporting our Friendship Finders with their learning, or being part of the Worship Team who organize member-led services.

First Parish in Waltham has a volunteers who maintain the building and grounds.  We have a group of gardeners who, along with the Facilities Manager, look after our beautiful landscaping.  Others on the Property Team ensure that the building is in good working order for us and our visitors and renters.

Waltham Clothing Exchange, an enterprise that operates from our basement, welcomes people who would like to help with their venture.

If music is your passion, consider contacting our Music and Choir Director, Emma Campbell, to find out about the opportunities to participate in the choir and other musical activities.

The Care Team is always happy to be assisted by people who are able to offer rides to appointments, meal preparation, and companionship.

We have a number of committees who help to guide the church in financial matters, structuring learning for all ages, coordinating the music program.
